Hello! I’m extremely grateful to join the talented Steck community as the K-5 Special Education teacher. During my 20 years as an educator in the Denver Metro area, I’ve worked with ECE through adult learners, from teaching Literacy and Special Education K-12 in various settings, to teaching and advising in the Teacher Ed department at Regis University. Outside of work, I’m a soccer and basketball mom of three very active (big) kids, ages 12, 15, and 18. I’m also a dog mom of two sweet, furry friends. My oldest daughter just graduated from DSA and will be attending Howard University in the Fall. I live close to Steck, and I can’t wait to get to know you and learn with you! Go Nuggets!
