I’ve been a DPS teacher for over 20 years!! After
more than a decade of teaching & learning with
2nd graders at Polaris, I was fortunate enough to
join the Steck community as the GT teacher. I’m
truly honored to spend time working with our
amazing Steck Stars.
I spent a little time between Polaris and Steck
working with students at College View after
becoming a mom and opening a frame shop called
Furthur Frames. My son was lucky enough to be a
Steck Star as well!
Outside of school, I spend as much time as
possible enjoying Colorado with my 13-year-old son
Gibson. We can be found hanging out with our dog
Hendrix, our cat Storm and our incredible friends.
We spend our time hiking, skiing, camping, paddle
boarding, dancing at Red Rocks and exploring art
any chance we get.
Fun Fact:
I self-published a children’s book called OScar’s
First Flight in 2005.
