Mandatory registration/verification: Tuesday, August 7th from 12:00pm-6:00pm and Wednesday, August 8th from 9:00am-2:00pm
-Registration/Verification is mandatory for all students attending Steck for the 2012-2013 school year.
-One parent will need to come to the school and complete the student’s verification paperwork (updating phone numbers and emergency contacts, etc.),
-Update immunization records
-Provide proof of home address. Proof of home address must be a current Serviceable Address Utility Bill such as a Gas or Water, Satellite or Cable, or Trash Bill (Comcast, DirectTv, Xcel, Denver Water, etc.) with service address (no phone bills, bank statements or lease agreements).
If your family is unable to come on August 7th or 8th, please email the school secretary Jill Kelley at jill_kelley@dpsk12.org with a date of when you can come by the school to sign the paperwork… we are flexible, but we need to know when you can register so that we know who is and who is not attending Steck this year.
If you are NOT planning to attend Steck this year, PLEASE let the school secretary Jill Kelley at jill_kelley@dpsk12.org know as soon as possible so that we might be able to open up your student’s spot to another student.
